Côte de Saint-Roch ist ein Anstieg in der belgischen Provinz Luxemburg. Der Anstieg in Houffalize beginnt am Tankmonument über die Rue Saint-Roch und ist vor allem bekannt aus dem Radklassiker Lüttich-Bastogne-Lüttich. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Anstiegen in der Nähe ist der Anstieg sehr kurz und extrem steil mit einer maximalen Neigung von 18 %. Da sich der Anstieg direkt nach dem Wendepunkt in Bastogne befindet, fällt dort selten die Entscheidung, aber er trägt zur Schwierigkeit des hügeligen Kurses bei.
