Die jüngste Windmühle von Flandern (1981) steht in Wildert. Hinter der Bakkersmolen beherbergt das Dampfmaschinenmuseum einige beeindruckende Dampfmaschinen. Das Backmuseum erzählt die Geschichte „vom Korn zum Brot“. Am Sonntag erwacht die Stätte zum Leben. Die Mühlenflügel drehen sich und die Dampfmaschinen dröhnen. Aus dem Backofen kommt der unwiderstehliche Duft von frischem Brot. Du machst eine Fahrt mit dem Dampfkarrussell oder tuckerst in einem Dampfzug über das Gelände. In der Molenhoeve kannst du all die handwerklichen Leckerbissen probieren.
