Kommst du über den Radfahrertunnel an der Linkeroever, blickst du auf das Galgenweel, dem Wassersportsee von Antwerpen. Das Galgenweel ist der größte seminatürliche Brackwassersee in Flandern. Der See hat eine Fläche von etwa 40 ha. Er befindet sich an der Linkeroever in Antwerpen. Die Tiefe variiert von 2 bis 15 Metern und hat eine Uferlänge von 3500 Metern.
