Die Sint-Jan-Baptist-Kirche ist die Pfarrkirche von Grammene, gelegen an der Koffiebeekstraat und Sint-Janstraat.
Im Jahr 1121 wurde die Kirche erstmals erwähnt, als das Patronatsrecht an die Abtei St. Bavo in Gent geschenkt wurde. Die Kirche lag auf einem Sandrücken in der Nähe der Leie und gehörte vermutlich ursprünglich zum Sitz der Herrschaft. Es handelte sich um eine einschiffige Kreuzkirche, die im 16. und 18. Jahrhundert verändert wurde. Die Kirche hatte einen oktogonalen Westturm, der wahrscheinlich ursprünglich ein Kreuzungsturm war und aus dem 13. Jahrhundert stammte. Die Kirche wurde 1592 von den Bilderstürmern in Brand gesteckt, und während der Wiederherstellung um 1609 wurde der Turm erhöht.
