Der Bahnhof Dorinne-Durnal ist ein Bahnhof entlang der Linie 128 , die Dorinne und Durnal bedient, beides Untergemeinden der Gemeinde Yvoir. Der Bahnhof verfügt über ein Überholgleis und ein Gütergleis.
Der Bahnhof ist einer der restaurierten Bahnhöfe des Touristenzuges der Bocq-Linie (Linie 128) vom Bahnhof Ciney . Derzeit wird dieses Gleis bis zur Station Purnode wieder verwendet.
Die Bahnlinie 128 war ursprünglich die Verbindung zwischen Ciney und Yvoir. Sie führt über unzählige Brücken und durch unzählige Tunnel durch das wunderschöne Tal des Flusses Le Bocq. Da der Unterhalt zu stark in den Kosten lastete, wurde die Linie Anfang der 1960er Jahre eingestellt.
Heute gibt es einen Touristenzug 'Le Chemin de fer du Bocq' . Vom Bahnhof Spontin führt die Fahrt nach Ciney und zurück nach Spontin, wo die Fahrt nach Bauche weitergeht und mit der Rückkehr zum Ausgangspunkt endet. Dauer: ca. 1,5 h.
