Das Plateau von Caestert ist ein Plateau an der Westseite des Flusses Maas im Grenzgebiet von niederländischem Südlimburg, belgischem Limburg und der belgischen Provinz Lüttich. Das Plateau erstreckt sich von Maastricht bis zur lütticher Stadt Wezet in Belgien. Der niederländische Teil dieses Plateaus wird meist Sint-Pietersberg genannt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Maas liegt in den Niederlanden das Plateau von Margraten. An der Westseite des Plateaus fließt die Jeker.
