Das Gelände ist für jedermann frei zugänglich, aber zum Angeln ist eine Angelerlaubnis erforderlich, die nur Einwohner von Sint-Pietersveld erhalten.

Diese Wald- und Heidelandschaft wird von den Studenten des landwirtschaftlichen Instituts Oedelem und den Landschaftsgestaltern von Loca Labora bewirtschaftet.
