Die Sint-Rochus-Kirche ist eine Pfarrkirche im Antwerpener Stadtteil Deurne, gelegen an der Sint-Rochusstraße DE 75. Im Laufe des 19. Jahrhunderts erlebte Deurne ein schnelles Bevölkerungswachstum. 1859 und 1866-1867 kam es zu einer Choleraepidemie. Der heilige Rochus, Schutzpatron gegen ansteckende Krankheiten, wurde damals angerufen und 1867 wurde zu seinen Ehren eine kleine Kapelle erbaut. 1886 folgte eine größere Kapelle, eigentlich eine Filialkirche, um die Viertel Drie Koningen, Exterlaer und Silsburg zu betreuen. Diese war aus Holz ausgeführt, aufgrund der militärischen Bedeutung der benachbarten Stellung von Antwerpen.
