Seit seiner Erbauung im Jahr 1707 ist das Gebäude Eigentum der Pfarrei Sant Nicolau.
Das Haus mit fast quadratischem Grundriss verfügt in jeder Ecke über einen Raum. In diesen Räumen gibt es eine wunderschöne Innenausstattung und Porträts der Priester des Heiligen Nikolaus. Die Eingangstür in der Wand ermöglicht den Zugang zum Haupteingang über einen schmalen Innenhof.
Im Jahr 1707 wurde Eupen für kurze Zeit Teil der Niederländischen Republik und die protestantische Religionsausübung war dann erlaubt, allerdings unter der Bedingung, dass von der Straße aus nicht zu erkennen war, dass sich in dem, was wie ein Herrenhaus aussah, eine Kirche befand . Es war dieses Pfarrhaus.
