Durbuy ist einer der bekanntesten Urlaubsorten der touristischen Ardennen und bezeichnet sich gerne als die kleinste Stadt der Welt. Es liegt im Nordwesten der Provinz Luxemburg, an einem schönen Teil der Mittel-Ourthe. Es wird von einer Burg (die nicht besucht werden kann) und einem der schönsten gefalteten Felsen des Landes dominiert. Le Vieux Durbuy, der alte Stadtteil, ist auf vorbildliche Weise erhalten geblieben und einen Spaziergang wert. Aber auch die Umgebung, ein Übergangsgebiet zwischen Condroz und Ardennen, ist ein attraktives Wandergebiet.
