Orbe ist eine politische Gemeinde im Distrikt Jura-Nord vaudois des Kantons Waadt in der Schweiz. Der ehemalige deutsche Name Orbach wird heute nicht mehr verwendet.
Orbe liegt auf 479 m ü. M., 10 km südwestlich der Bezirkshauptstadt Yverdon-les-Bains . Das historische Städtchen erstreckt sich auf einem von der Orbe auf drei Seiten umflossenen Geländevorsprung am Jurafuss, im Waadtländer Mittelland. Orbe liegt rund 40 m über der landwirtschaftlich intensiv genutzten Orbeebene .
