Der Schifffahrtskanal Interlaken ist ein 2,75 Kilometer langer Kanal im Schweizer Kanton Bern. Sie verbindet den Thunersee mit einem Kai in der Stadt Interlaken, der an den Bahnhof Interlaken West angrenzt, und ermöglicht so den Schifffahrtsverkehr auf dem See, um die Stadt zu bedienen und an den Bahnverkehr anzubinden. Er wird nach wie vor regelmässig von den Thunersee-Fahrgastschiffen der BLS AG genutzt.
Der Kanal verläuft auf seiner gesamten Länge parallel zum Fluss Aar. Er hat keine Schleusen und hält durchgehend den gleichen Wasserstand wie der Thunersee. Dies hat zur Folge, dass der Wasserstand des Kanals bei Interlaken West deutlich tiefer ist als derjenige des angrenzenden Flusses und des umliegenden Landes.
