Die Commanderie de Saint-Jean ist ein religiöses Gebäude in der Schweizer Stadt Freiburg. Es wurde in der Mitte des dreizehnten Jahrhunderts für die Johanniter des Ordens des Heiligen Johannes von Jerusalem erbaut. Heute ist es Sitz des Kulturerbedienstes des Kantons Freiburg. Abgerundet wird der Komplex durch die nahe gelegene Kirche Saint-Jean.
Ein Hospital der Hospitaliter von St. John existierte bereits um 1174 in Magneden. Diese Einrichtung, wahrscheinlich eine der ersten ihrer Art in der Schweiz, wurde um 1238 der Komturei Freiburg angegliedert. Die Hospitaliter sind seit 1224-1229 in Freiburg präsent, zunächst in einem Haus am Place du Petit-Saint-Jean en l'Auge, ihre erste Kapelle befindet sich im Zentrum des heutigen Place du Petit-Saint-Jean. Sie wurde 1832 abgerissen.
