Lípa ist eine Gemeinde in Tschechien. Sie liegt sieben Kilometer südwestlich von Havlíčkův Brod und gehört zum Okres Havlíčkův Brod.
Lípa befindet sich in der Böhmisch-Mährischen Höhe am nördlichen Fuße des Hügels Mandlův kopec . Im Westen erhebt sich der Vejtův vršek . Am westlichen Ortsrand verläuft die Eisenbahnstrecke von Humpolec nach Havlíčkův Brod, an der in Lípa eine Bahnstation besteht.
