Seifhennersdorf ist eine sächsische Landstadt im Landkreis Görlitz. Sie liegt im Südosten von Sachsen in den Tälern der Mandau und des Leutersdorfer Wassers, direkt an der Grenze zu Tschechien.
Neben dem sich entlang der Mandau erstreckenden Niederhennersdorf sind die im Tale des Leutersdorfer Wassers gelegenen Ansiedlungen Seifen und Scheibe zu einem Ort zusammengewachsen, ebenso wie die unterhalb der Einmündung des Baches im Mandautal befindlichen Häuser der Läuterau. Unmittelbar an der böhmischen Grenze bei Varnsdorf liegt die Ortslage Halbendorf.
