Seifhennersdorf è una città rurale sassone nel distretto di Görlitz. Si trova nel sud-est della Sassonia, nelle valli del Mandau e del Leutersdorfer Wasser, direttamente al confine con la Repubblica Ceca.
Accanto a Niederhennersdorf, che si estende lungo il Mandau, gli insediamenti di Seifen e Scheibe, situati nella valle del Leutersdorfer Wasser, si sono uniti in un'unica località, così come le case della Läuterau situate a valle dell'immissione del torrente nella valle del Mandau. Proprio al confine con la Boemia, vicino a Varnsdorf, si trova la località di Halbendorf.
