Wörnersberg liegt etwa 18 Kilometer von der Kreisstadt Freudenstadt entfernt, eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Wäldern im mittleren Schwarzwald in 600 bis 700 Metern Höhe. Etwa 56 Prozent der Gemarkung sind Waldfläche.
