Das Ostseebad Wustrow ist eine aus einem ehemaligen Fischer- und Seefahrerdorf hervorgegangene Gemeinde in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern an der Ostsee, im Landesteil Mecklenburg. Heute ist Wustrow vor allem durch den Tourismus geprägt.
Wustrow liegt auf dem Fischland zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Unmittelbar südlich des Ortes beim Permin liegt die mit nur 100 m Breite schmalste Stelle der Halbinsel.
