Morschen grenzt im Norden an die Städte Melsungen und Spangenberg , im Südosten an die Gemeinde Alheim , im Südwesten an die Gemeinde Knüllwald sowie im Westen an die Gemeinde Malsfeld .
Die Gemeinde besteht aus 7 Ortsteilen die vor dem 1. Januar 1974 zum aufgelösten Landkreis Melsungen gehörten.
