Mengerskirchen ist eine Gemeinde mit 5650 Einwohnern im hessischen Landkreis Limburg-Weilburg im Regierungsbezirk Gießen. Sie trägt seit dem 8. Dezember 1997 die amtliche Zusatzbezeichnung Marktflecken.
Mengerskirchen liegt im Westerwald und grenzt im Norden an die Gemeinde Greifenstein , im Osten an die Gemeinde Löhnberg, im Süden an die Gemeinden Merenberg und Waldbrunn sowie im Westen an die Gemeinden Neunkirchen, Elsoff und Oberrod .
