Sibbesse ist eine Einheitsgemeinde im Landkreis Hildesheim in Niedersachsen. Sibbesse ist Mitglied der Region Leinebergland, einem nach dem Leader-Ansatz gegründeten, freiwilligen Zusammenschluss verschiedener Städte und Gemeinden im südlichen Niedersachsen.
Sibbesse liegt nordöstlich der Sieben Berge , hinter denen – dem Märchen nach – möglicherweise Schneewittchen gelebt haben soll, und südlich des Hildesheimer Walds . Es befindet sich zwischen Alfeld im Westen und Hildesheim im Nordosten.
