Neuharlingersiel ist eine Gemeinde in der Samtgemeinde Esens im Landkreis Wittmund im Nordwesten Niedersachsens. Der Ortsteil Neuharlingersiel ist seit 1979 ein Nordseebad und seit 1996 ein staatlich anerkanntes Nordseeheilbad. Die Ortsteile Altharlingersiel und Ostbense sind seit 1985 als Küstenbadeorte klassifiziert. Der Hafen Neuharlingersiel ist der Fährhafen zur ostfriesischen Insel Spiekeroog.
