Mündersbach ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Westerwaldkreis in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie gehört der Verbandsgemeinde Hachenburg an.
Die Gemeinde liegt zwischen Hachenburg und Herschbach und ist von den Waldgebieten Roßbacher Wald, Höchstenbacher Wald und Kuheck umgeben. Nachbargemeinden sind Höchstenbach im Norden, Schenkelberg im Osten, Freirachdorf im Süden und Roßbach im Westen der Gemeinde. Im Osten erhebt sich der Hartenfelser Kopf. Bei Mündersbach entspringt der Holzbach.
