Neunkirchen ist eine Gemeinde in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland und gehört zum Kreis Siegen-Wittgenstein.
Die Gemeinde Neunkirchen liegt im südwestlichen Teil des Kreises Siegen-Wittgenstein südlich von Siegen im Siegerland. Sie befindet sich im Tal der Heller , die einen östlichen Zufluss der Sieg darstellt. Der Ort liegt auf 242 bis 510 m ü. NHN. Die höchste Erhebung ist der Hohenseelbachskopf mit 517,5 m, ein erloschener Vulkan; südlich des Kernorts liegt der Hellerberg .
