Das mecklenburgische Seeheilbad Graal-Müritz ist eine amtsfreie Gemeinde im Landkreis Rostock in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Der nordöstlich der Stadt Rostock gelegene Ort dehnt sich über eine Länge von vier Kilometern entlang der Ostseeküste aus. Die Gemeinde heißt amtlich Ostseeheilbad Graal-Müritz.
Graal-Müritz liegt etwa mittig zwischen der Hansestadt Rostock und der Halbinsel Fischland-Darß-Zingst. Graal-Müritz grenzt im Norden an die Mecklenburger Bucht der südwestlichen Ostsee und ist landwärts von dem Waldgebiet Rostocker Heide umgeben. Im Osten befindet sich das Naturschutzgebiet Ribnitzer Großes Moor.
