Witzhave liegt etwa 20 km östlich von Hamburg. Die Bundesautobahn 24 verläuft durch die Gemeinde. Die Corbek, die Witzhaver Au, die Hahnenbek und die Bille fließen durch die Fläche der Gemeinde.
