Osterburken ist eine Stadt im Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis in Baden-Württemberg. Sie gehört zur europäischen Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar. Wegen ihrer Lage am Obergermanisch-Rätischen Limes und der damit zusammenhängenden zahlreichen archäologischen Funde aus römischer Zeit wird sie auch als Römerstadt bezeichnet. Sie wird vom Fluss Kirnau durchquert.
