Mickten ist ein Stadtteil von Dresden und liegt im Nordwesten der Stadt im Ortsamtsbereich Pieschen. Gemeinsam mit Übigau und Teilen von Kaditz und Trachau bildet es den statistischen Stadtteil Mickten. Erstmals wurde Mickten 1378 erwähnt, zusammen mit dem nur 100 m entfernten Nachbarort Übigau, der heute ebenfalls zu Dresden gehört. Mit Kleinmickten und Bortzschen befinden sich außerdem zwei Wüstungen auf der Micktner Flur.
