Der Landkreis Nordsachsen ist ein Landkreis im Freistaat Sachsen. Er entstand am 1. August 2008 im Zuge der sächsischen Kreisreform durch den Zusammenschluss der ehemaligen Landkreise Torgau-Oschatz und Delitzsch.
In Nordsachsen leben 197.673 Einwohner in 30 Gemeinden auf einer Gesamtfläche von etwa 2.020 km². Flächenmäßig ist er der viertgrößte Landkreis Sachsens, hat jedoch die niedrigste Bevölkerungszahl. Größte Stadt des Landkreises ist Delitzsch, Verwaltungssitz ist die ehemalige Residenzstadt Torgau. Weitere Große Kreisstädte sind die Kommunen Eilenburg, Schkeuditz und Oschatz.
