Der Landkreis Goslar ist ein Landkreis im Südosten von Niedersachsen. Verwaltungssitz ist die große selbständige Stadt Goslar.
Mit dem 371,76 km² messenden Verwaltungsbezirk Harz ist das größte gemeindefreie Gebiet Deutschlands Teil des Landkreises. Der Wurmberg im südöstlichen Landkreis ist der höchste Berg Niedersachsens.
