Neckargerach ist eine Gemeinde im Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis in Baden-Württemberg. Sie gehört zur europäischen Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar .
Die Gemeinde ist ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort und liegt direkt am Neckar und an der Burgenstraße zwischen Heidelberg und Heilbronn. Das Gemeindegebiet liegt im Naturpark Neckartal-Odenwald zwischen 129 und 380 Meter Höhe.
