Neuhemsbach ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Landkreis Kaiserslautern in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie gehört der Verbandsgemeinde Enkenbach-Alsenborn an.
Die Gemeinde liegt 18 Kilometer nordöstlich von Kaiserslautern am Rande des Unteren Pfälzerwaldes und gehört zu dessen Teilbereich Stumpfwald. Neben dem Kernort umfasst sie die Wohnplätze Bahnhof Neuhemsbach, Hammermühle, Heinzental, Randeckerhof und Rotwiesenhof Nachbargemeinden sind – im Uhrzeigersinn – Sippersfeld, Enkenbach-Alsenborn, Sembach, Münchweiler an der Alsenz und Gonbach.
