Die Schlosskirche, auch Kirche der Reformation, ist eine evangelische Kirche in Lutherstadt Wittenberg und seit 1996 UNESCO-Welterbestätte. Sie gilt als Ausgangspunkt der Reformation, nachdem am 31. Oktober 1517 Martin Luther von hier aus seine 95 lateinischen Disputationsthesen verbreitet hatte. Sie gehört zu den Luthergedenkstätten in Eisleben und Wittenberg.
Die Schlosskirche liegt im Westen der Altstadt von Wittenberg am Ende der vom Markt kommenden Schlossstraße. Sie ist baulich mit dem Schloss Wittenberg verbunden und bildet den nördlichen Seitenflügel der nach Osten offenen Dreiflügelanlage des Schlosses. Der Zugang in die Kirche erfolgt durch ihre Nordseite.
