Der Bahnhof Bad Bentheim ist ein Bahnhof in Bad Bentheim, Niedersachsen. Er liegt an der Bahnstrecke Almelo–Salzbergen. Es besteht eine Umsteigemöglichkeit auf die Strecke Bad Bentheim–Nordhorn–Neuenhaus der Bentheimer Eisenbahn.
Der Bahnhof wurde mit der Bahnstrecke Almelo–Salzbergen 1865 in Betrieb genommen. 1895 wurde die Strecke von Bentheim nach Neuenhaus der Bentheimer Kreisbahn eröffnet, deren Bahnhof Bentheim Nord nordöstlich des Staatsbahnhofes lag. 1908 wurde diese Strecke nach Süden nach Gronau verlängert, dabei wurde die Staatsbahn im Westen des Bahnhofes mit einer Brücke überquert.
