Die Untere Kochertalbahn war eine normalspurige private Nebenbahn der Württembergischen Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft im nördlichen Württemberg. Sie führte als Stichbahn von Bad Friedrichshall nach Ohrnberg und folgte dem Unterlauf des Kochers.
Mit einer Länge von 22,6 km war sie die längste Strecke der WEG. Sie wurde in zwei Etappen eröffnet: Am 15. September 1907 erreichte die Bahn Neuenstadt, am 1. August 1913 wurde sie bis Ohrnberg verlängert. Nach der Einstellung des Betriebs zum 27. Dezember 1993 scheiterte die zunächst geplante Integration in das Netz der Heilbronner Stadtbahn. Die Trasse ist nun als Radwanderweg befahrbar.
