Die Kaisers Gute Backstube GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen mit 40 Fachgeschäften in Baden-Württemberg mit Sitz in Ehrenkirchen bei Freiburg im Breisgau.
Das Unternehmen ist seit dem Jahr 1948 in Familienbesitz. Geführt wird das Unternehmen von Waltraud und Wolfgang Kaiser, die im Jahr 1979 den Bäckereibetrieb von ihren Eltern Frieda und Ernst Kaiser übernommen und die Expansion angestoßen haben. Seit 2007 gehören auch Tochter Birgit Kaiser sowie Gottfried Faller als Geschäftsführer für die Produktion zur Firmenleitung.
