Der Odeonsplatz ist ein Platz in der Altstadt Münchens am südlichen Ende der Ludwigstraße. Er ist Bestandteil der Achse Odeonsplatz – Ludwigstraße – Siegestor. Seinen Namen trägt der Platz seit 1827 nach einem Konzertsaal, dem Odeon, das Ludwig I. an der Südwestseite des Platzes bauen ließ.
Der Odeonsplatz liegt nördlich der historischen Altstadt, auf der Grenzlinie zwischen den Bezirken Altstadt-Lehel und Maxvorstadt. Er wird im Westen durch das ehemalige Odeon und das Leuchtenbergpalais und im Osten vom Bazargebäude mit dem traditionsreichen Café Tambosi begrenzt. Von der Achse der Ludwigstraße aus erstreckt er sich nach Westen.
