Das Haus zum Walfisch ist ein spätgotisches Bürgerhaus in der Altstadt von Freiburg im Breisgau . Es steht unter Denkmalschutz und ist Teil eines Ensembles aus ehemals 17 Einzelgebäuden, das von der Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau genutzt wird. Die Frontseite des Hauses befindet sich an der Franziskanerstraße, die Rückseite an der Gauchstraße mit dem gegenüberliegenden Platz, dem Kartoffelmarkt.
