Der Bahnhof Limburg Süd befindet sich im Siedlungsgebiet ICE-Stadt Limburg der Kreisstadt Limburg an der Lahn in Mittelhessen. Er liegt auf Höhe des Streckenkilometers 110,5 der Schnellfahrstrecke Köln–Rhein/Main. Limburg Süd ist der einzige Bahnhof in Deutschland, an dem ausschließlich ICE-Züge halten.
