Das Historische Archiv der Stadt Köln ist das Stadtarchiv von Köln. Es archiviert Archivgut der Gremien und Ämter der Stadtverwaltung Köln sowie Archivgut von zahlreichen anderen Stellen wie zum Beispiel Unternehmen, Vereinen und Einzelpersonen mit Bezug zu Köln. Durch die dichte Überlieferung seit dem Hochmittelalter mit zahlreichen Urkunden, Akten, Handschriften und Nachlässen gelten die Bestände als geschichtlich besonders wertvoll. Mit einem Umfang von etwa 30 Regalkilometern Archivgut ist es das größte deutsche Kommunalarchiv.
