Das Französische Gymnasium Berlin – oder Lycée Français – ist die älteste öffentliche Schule Berlins. Sie wurde 1689 vom Kurfürsten Friedrich III. von Brandenburg für die hugenottischen Flüchtlinge aus Frankreich gegründet. Das Gymnasium hat es immer geschafft, Französisch als Unterrichtssprache beizubehalten, selbst während der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus.
Das Französische Gymnasium Berlin wurde 1689 für die Kinder der auf Einladung des Großen Kurfürsten eingewanderten Hugenotten gegründet.
