Der Stöbber, auch Stobber, ist das zentrale Fließgewässer der Brandenburger Märkischen Schweiz. Der Bach entspringt auf der Nordsee-Ostsee-Wasserscheide, sodass er zwei Fließrichtungen und Mündungen hat. Sein Scheitelbereich mit der Pseudobifurkation liegt in 48 m ü. NN im Niedermoorgebiet Rotes Luch.
Der Stöbber durchfließt die glaziale Buckower Rinne, in deren Scheitelbereich das Niedermoor Rotes Luch entstanden ist.
