El Stöbber, también conocido como Stobber, es el río central de la Suiza de Märkisch en Brandeburgo. El arroyo nace en la divisoria de aguas del Mar del Norte y del Mar Báltico, por lo que tiene dos direcciones de flujo y desembocaduras. Su área de cumbre con la pseudobifurcación se encuentra a 48 m sobre el nivel del mar en la zona de turberas bajas de Rotes Luch.
El Stöbber atraviesa la trinchera glacial de Buckower, en cuyo área de cumbre se ha formado la turbera baja de Rotes Luch.
