Aderstedt ist ein Ortsteil der Einheitsgemeinde Huy sowie eine ehemalige Gemeinde im Landkreis Harz in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Am 1. August 1004 wurde Aderstedt in einer Schenkungsurkunde des Königs Heinrich II. an das Kloster Drübeck als Atherstedi erstmals urkundlich erwähnt.
