Das Nationaltheater Mannheim ist ein Vierspartentheater in Mannheim mit eigenen Ensembles für Musiktheater , Schauspiel, Tanz und dem Jungen Nationaltheater. 2012 hat das Nationaltheater sein Angebot mit der Mannheimer Bürgerbühne erneut erweitert. Mit der Übernahme der Schauspielintendanz durch Christian Holtzhauer erhielt diese eine neue Bezeichnung als Mannheimer Stadtensemble. Die Junge Bürgerbühne besteht innerhalb des Jungen Nationaltheaters weiter. Mit den zweijährlich stattfindenden Internationalen Schillertagen und dem Mannheimer Mozartsommer sowie seinen jährlich über Vorstellungen für rund 350.000 Besucher ist das Nationaltheater als das Flaggschiff der Metropolregion Rhein Neckar allgegenwärtig und erreicht ein breites regionales und überregionales Publikum.
