Der Bahnhof Gunzenhausen ist der Bahnhof der bayerischen Stadt Gunzenhausen im Landkreis Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen und ein Eisenbahnknoten in Mittelfranken. Der Kreuzungsbahnhof liegt an der Bahnstrecke Treuchtlingen–Würzburg. Außerdem beginnen in Gunzenhausen die Seenlandbahn nach Pleinfeld und die Bahnstrecke Nördlingen–Gunzenhausen, auf der neben regelmäßigem Güterverkehr Personenverkehr nur noch als Museumsbetrieb stattfindet.
Er gehört der Bahnhofskategorie 4 an und besitzt fünf Bahnsteiggleise. Der Bahnhof wird täglich von ungefähr 60 Zügen der Deutschen Bahn AG bedient. Das Empfangsgebäude von 1865 steht unter Denkmalschutz. Neben dem Bahnhof Gunzenhausen gibt es in der Stadt den ehemaligen Bahnhof und heutigen Haltepunkt Cronheim, der an der Bahnstrecke Nördlingen–Gunzenhausen liegt und nur noch von Museumszügen bedient wird.
