Gleich hinter der deutschen Grenze finden wir Rest. Haarmühle, in der Nähe der gleichnamigen Unterlagswassermühle. Durch eine große Terrasse und einen Kinderspielplatz in vielen Tagesausflügen enthalten. Seit April 1988 ist die alte Wassermühle aus dem Jahr 1619 wieder in Betrieb. Durch die Sanierung ist es wieder möglich, eine der schönsten noch in Betrieb befindlichen Wassermühlen im Westmünsterland zu besichtigen.
Im November 2002 erhielt das Werk einen verzinkten Stahl und ein optimiertes Wasserrad, das dafür sorgt, dass das Werk auch Strom erzeugen kann.
