Die Mainzer Südbrücke ist eine Eisenbahnbrücke, die Mainz in Rheinland-Pfalz über den Rhein hinweg mit Ginsheim-Gustavsburg in Hessen verbindet. Auf einem außen an dem Brückenbauwerk angebrachten Steg können auch Fußgänger und Radfahrer den Rhein überqueren.
Die Brücke hat nie einen offiziellen Namen erhalten und wird deshalb bis heute auf unterschiedliche Weise bezeichnet.
