Mesas de Ibor ist eine spanische Gemeinde und Villa in der Provinz Cáceres. Sie liegt geografisch im Tal des Ibor, im Nordosten der autonomen Gemeinschaft Extremadura, und gehört administrativ zum Gerichtsbezirk Navalmoral de la Mata sowie zur Gemeindeverband Campo Arañuelo.
Das Wappen enthält Historisches wie die römische Brücke und den Gerichtsturm, der den Titel Villa verleiht, Religiöses wie die Kirche zu Ehren des Heiligen Benedikt und Wirtschaftliches wie eine Viehglocke.
