Albiztur liegt nahe dem geografischen Zentrum der spanischen Provinz Gipuzkoa, in der Region Tolosaldea. Der Ort befindet sich 31 km von der Provinzhauptstadt San Sebastián und 6,5 km von Tolosa, dem Hauptort der Region. Albiztur liegt am Kopf des kleinen und tiefen Tals von Salubita, das vom Fluss Igaran, einem Nebenfluss des Oria, geschaffen wurde. Der nördliche Teil der Gemeinde wird von den Hängen des Berges Ernio und der südliche von den Hängen des Berges Intxurre gebildet; die zentrale Region entspricht dem Tal von Salubita. Der Kern von Albiztur liegt im flachen Boden dieses karstischen Tals.
